When is My Bill Due and When Should I Pay My Bill?
To avoid a late fee, your utility bill is due by 5 p.m. on the due date. Your bill is always due on the 10th of the month.To avoid lates charges on a single bill balance must be paid before the 20th. To avoid service disconnection, full balance double bill must be paid before the 10th of the 2nd month.
Can I Pay My Bill With a Third Party?
Please be aware payments made through your online banking bill pay and Third-party vendors are not affiliated with the Wahneta Water System, Inc. and may require additional processing time. Utility accounts will not be credited with payment until funds are received in our office.
What should I Expect When I Forget to Pay and My Account is Past Due?
Services will be interrupted. To have service reactivated, full account balance must be paid, including a non-payment penalty of $50. Your service will be restored the next business day unless requirements are met for same-day reactivation.
My Water Was Supposed to Be Turned on Today but it's not on.
We turned on the water and water was running so we had to shut it back off at the meter. When this happens you may use pliers and switch the meter to the on position or call (863) 324-5389 to reschedule your turn on.
